    QL-type metering bin scale batching system is a new type of dynamic and static metering feeding equipment, which summarizes the characteristics of various electronic weighing control equipment at home and abroad. In view of the difficulties in sealing, conveying, especially accurate metering of powder materials in industrial batching production process, a new type of dynamic control and static metering feeding equipment is developed. Measuring methods are divided into intermittent and continuous feeding. Single feeding and single silo are used for intermittent feeding. Double feeding and double silo are used for continuous feeding, which can realize double static metering and continuous feeding. It is especially suitable for the occasion of high metering accuracy and continuous feeding.
