The weighing scale consists of weighing hopper, feeding equipment (selection), unloading equipment (screw conveyor or belt conveyor). Weight detection module and computer control equipment are weighing devices that use the material reduction rate in the hopper to measure flow and cumulative measurement, so as to achieve the purpose of measurement and burden control. The weighing hopper and unloading equipment are upper and lower structures, so the installation of the weighing scale needs a certain space height.
In a complete operation cycle, when the material of the weighing hopper reaches the lower limit of the weighing position, start the feeding equipment (or alarm prompt manual) feeding, and the material in the raw material bin quickly goes down to the weighing hopper, reaching the set upper limit and closing. The actual flow rate of material is calculated by measuring the weight value of material reduction in the hopper per per unit time. According to the set target flow rate, the frequency converter of the unloading equipment is adjusted by PID, so that the actual flow rate can track the target flow rate. The accuracy and control precision of weighing are improved by adjusting the time of blanking and the filling point of difference through the rate of blanking.
