Description

QL series high temperature chain plate scale is designed for continuous proportioning and measurement of high temperature and hardness materials (such as cement clinker) in cement, metallurgy and chemical industries.Unique S-shaped skirt edge sheet is stamped by special die of wear-resistant steel plate. It has compact structure, smooth operation, low noise, and skirt edges on both sides can effectively prevent material leakage.The conveying mechanism adopts large pitch sprocket and single side bending plate roller chain. After heat treatment, it is heat resistant, wear resistant and does not run off.The tractor mechanism adopts BW (E) series cycloidal pinwheel reducer matched with asynchronous motor, which is suitable for two modes of frequency conversion speed regulation burden and constant speed measurement.Weak magnetic gear speed measuring device and high temperature load sensor make the speed and weight signals accurate and stable.Suspension structure, integration of silo and towing mechanism with scale frame, easy installation and use.
